– [0:10:23] New cards!
- Reinforcement of the Army (limited 1): One of the better cards in the game in general, this takes a page out of Master Duel. HERO decks are the main meta deck at the moment that runs Warriors. This not only extends the deck, but also thins the deck. Useful card for any Warrior deck moving forward.
- Compulsory Evacuation Device (limited 3): Simple trap hard removal, which fits in the limited 3 restrictions. This card is actually better in Duel Links, as the bounced monster cannot be resummoned during a Main Phase 2 that doesn’t exist. Mainly a tool against an extra deck monster, who is simply removed.
- Dimensional Fissure: This could be a side deck option against a heavy GY meta deck that facilitates a lot of movement from GY to field.
- Dark Eruption: The Dark attribute always seems to have play at some point. By now we know a card that is late game is less good without a Main Phase 2, but still a useful piece for extending a turn.
- Reaper on the Nightmare: This basically a combination of Spirit Reaper and White Magical Hat. Not a real meta card, as this doesn’t really lead to any win condition. Also easily destroyed.
– [0:19:45] Raging Sibling Squabble
- Full Armored Crystalzero Lancer: This is definitely easier to summon with a Rank 5 Xyz monster than 3 level 6 monsters. The problem is there aren’t a ton of Rank 5 Water Xyz, only 8 in all of the game. This comes with the protection of the Full Armored monsters, but also has a strong ability of negating the effects of all enemy monsters for a turn. The ability to summon this monster could be a big obstacle though.
- Wonder Xyz: This is an interesting card, as it allows the Turn 1 player to perform the Xyz Summon during the opponent turn. This can force the opponent to waste removal or a target effect on monsters who will be used as materials. This can also allow you to activate a powerful effect of an Xyz monster during the opponent turn. This card can also be used offensively, allowing you attack, and Xyz Summon over that monster during the battle phase to hit again.
